One Stop Future Consultants
Data, AI, Software and Marketing, Built Properly
A technical consultancy building data, AI, software and marketing for US and global clients. Code you own from day one, and senior people start to finish.
- 01 The person who writes it is the person you spoke to
- 02 You own the repository from the first commit
- 03 Paid scoping before either side commits
Built with
The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who builds it, from the first call to the runbook.
- 01
The assessment and the code are written by the same person.
- 02
Continuity that most firms price as a premium is simply how the work runs.
That is what keeps an estimate honest, because the person quoting is the person who will live with the number.
We answer the question you actually asked, which is what to build and what it will cost to run.
What we do
Four Lines of Work
Data, AI, software and marketing, with document engineering inside the AI line. Most projects land across two or three of them, which is why they were awkward to buy in one place.
- 01
Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
Power BI semantic models, DAX, reporting automation and the data cleaning that has to happen first. Also Tableau, SQL and Python.

AI and LLM Applications
Retrieval systems over private documents, tool-using agents with human approval on write actions, and open models running on hardware you control.
Read more - 03
Software Solutions
Multi-tenant SaaS, mobile apps and cloud migration, plus the DevOps underneath. React, TypeScript, Node and PostgreSQL.

Digital Marketing
Local and e-commerce SEO, paid search and paid social, and the content behind them. Measured against revenue rather than rankings.

Not sure which one your problem is? Describe the decision waiting on it and we will name the piece to buy first. That conversation costs nothing.
We are a technical consultancy working across data, AI, software and the infrastructure underneath them. One Stop Future Consultants Limited is registered in Ireland and works with clients in the United States and further out.
Those service lines sit together because the awkward projects live in the gaps between them. An AI project is usually blocked on data held in three systems that disagree about what a customer is, and settling that argument is data work before it is anything else.
Doing the whole thing means one team is answerable for whether it worked, which is the part that gets lost when a project is split across three suppliers.
What can be checked
Four Things You Can Verify Today
Every figure below is checkable from a public register, from this page, or from code we can show you. A number you can verify is worth more than a logo you cannot.
- 2022 Incorporated with the Companies Registration Office in Dublin, number 725318.
- Day one The repository is yours from the first commit, not on final payment.
- 1 to 2 days Paid scoping, with a written assessment, before either side commits to a build.
- Zero JavaScript frameworks shipped to your users unless one earns its place. This site ships none.
-
The document work is demonstrable
Three shipped tools: a Microsoft Word task-pane add-in built on Office.js, a DOCX processing service, and a browser PDF editor. These are our own projects, so we can show you the code and how the awkward parts were handled.
-
This site is a work sample
Three domains from one codebase, no JavaScript bundle on any page, self-hosted subset fonts, and a design system with a style guide you can read. Judge the engineering by the thing you are reading it on.
-
The form you are about to use
This site's enquiry form posts to a CRM we built and run on Node, PostgreSQL and nginx, with migrations and same-origin requests. We use our own work to take your enquiry.
-
European by default, not as an upsell
An Irish company, so EU data residency is where work starts rather than a premium tier. Models can run on infrastructure we control when your data cannot leave it.
Every claim on this page is checkable before you speak to us, which is the standard we would want applied to anybody quoting for this work.
How it is bought
Three Ways People Buy This
Most projects sit across two or three of the four categories, which is the awkward part when you try to buy them separately. These are the three combinations that come up most often. Each is priced as its parts, not as a package with a number on it.
-
Acquire and measure
Acquisition you can actually measure
Spend is going out across several channels and nobody can say which of it produced revenue rather than clicks.
PPC and paid social billed as a fee rather than a percentage of spend, so telling you to spend less costs us nothing. Conversion rate optimization where the traffic supports a test and diagnosis where it does not. Email for the one audience you own. Underneath all of it, the attribution pipeline is data engineering and the reporting is dashboard design, which is the part most agencies subcontract.
- PPC
- Paid social
- CRO
- Attribution
-
Modernize
Get off the legacy system
It still runs the business, the person who wrote it has gone, and every proposal you have had is a two-year rewrite nobody believes.
Legacy modernization starting with a paid review, because nobody can price a codebase they have not read. Then data migration for what has to come across, cloud migration only where the assessment says the move earns its cost, and testing so the replacement can ship in pieces rather than as one release nobody can roll back.

Build and run
Launch a SaaS product
Several customers will log into the same system, and one decision in week one determines whether that is safe.
SaaS development with tenant isolation enforced by PostgreSQL rather than by every developer remembering the WHERE clause. API integration for the systems it has to talk to, infrastructure that deploys while customers are working, and testing your own team runs after we leave.
- SaaS development
- Integrations
- DevOps
- Testing
Each of these is quoted as its parts rather than as a package with one number on it. You can buy a single piece, take the whole shape, or stop after any stage, and the pricing stays the same either way. Tell us the decision that is waiting and we will say which pieces it actually needs.
How it runs
How a Project Actually Goes
Four stages, each producing something you can use on its own.
- 01
You Describe the Decision
Not the technology. The decision that is stuck, or the process quietly costing somebody a day a week. The right tool falls out of that conversation.
- 02
Paid Scoping
One to two days. You get a written assessment, the options, and a real number against each of them.
- 03
Build
The repository is yours from the first commit rather than on final payment, so the work is visible while it happens.
- 04
Handover
Documented, with the reasoning written down. If you never call again, it still runs and somebody else can maintain it.
Money
How We Charge
Paid scoping first.
Work opens with a paid scoping session of one or two days, producing a written assessment of what exists, what the options are, and what each one costs. After that it is a fixed price against a defined deliverable, or a day rate where the work is genuinely open ended, with billing tied to the changes actually shipped. Invoicing is in euro, and the about page covers what buying from a European firm involves.
The assessment is yours to take elsewhere
If you read it and hand the build to somebody cheaper, that is a fair outcome and it has happened. It beats us talking you into a project that was the wrong shape from the start.
Our commitments
What You Can Count On
Six things we hold to on every engagement. They are worth checking against anybody else you are considering, because most of them are answerable in one line.
-
Four disciplines, deliberately
Data and BI, AI and LLM applications, software and infrastructure, and the search and paid work measured on top. Deep in four rather than shallow in twelve, which is what lets one team own a problem spanning them.
-
Defined work, finished
We take a scoped deliverable and complete it, with the accountability for whether it works sitting on our side rather than yours. That is a different purchase from hiring hands, and it is the one we are built for.
-
Business hours, named engineer
The person who scoped your work supports it, across a working day that overlaps yours, with a runbook that lets your own team handle the routine parts without calling anyone.
-
Security as engineering practice
Authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, encryption and a code review before anything ships. Where you want the suite that proves it, software testing is offered in its own right.
-
Independent of every vendor
No partner tier, no license resale, no commission from anybody. It is why we will point you at a product you can buy instead of a project you would pay us for, and why the tool follows your data.
-
One workstream, in order
Work runs sequentially, each piece shipped and useful before the next begins. That is what keeps every stage stoppable and every invoice tied to something already working.
Practicalities
What US Clients Ask First
The questions that come up before the technical ones, answered without a call.
Nothing here needs a call to clarify. If your question is not on this list, it is probably a good one, so send it.
You are in Ireland. How does that work for a US company?
Do you bill in dollars?
Who owns the code?
We already have engineers. How does that work?
What happens in the paid scoping session?
Can you train a model on our data?
How quickly can you start?
Tell Us What Is Stuck
Describe the problem rather than the solution you had in mind, and we will tell you which piece to buy first and what it costs.
