Buying From a European Firm
Time zones work in your favor more often than against. Ireland is five hours ahead of New York and eight ahead of San Francisco. East coast mornings overlap with our afternoons, so a question asked at nine is answered before lunch. West coast teams get work delivered overnight and a review window at the start of their day.
Contracts are governed by Irish law. Our standard agreement sits under Irish jurisdiction, and where you need something different that is a negotiation worth opening early.
Invoicing is in euro, by international transfer. There is no sales tax on our invoices to US business customers, and the VAT treatment is a reverse charge your accountant will recognize.
Data residency runs both ways. Being an Irish company with EU-region infrastructure makes proving EU processing a short conversation rather than an architecture project.
How We Work
You own everything from the first commit. Repository access on day one rather than on final payment, with documentation written as the work happens.
No vendor relationships. No partner tier and no commission or rebate from any software vendor, so the platform recommendation follows your data and your budget.
Scoping before commitment. Work opens with a paid assessment of one or two days producing a written document: what exists, what the options are, and a real number against each.
Who You Deal With
The person who writes your code is the person you spoke to, which is why the estimate survives contact with your systems and the runbook matches what was built.
You get senior work throughout rather than senior sales followed by junior delivery. Support runs in business hours with a named engineer who knows your estate.
Delivery is distributed. The company is Irish, the engineering happens across Ireland and Pakistan, and that is stated here rather than buried in a processing agreement.
What We Publish as Evidence
We show work we own outright, with the code available to read, which is what the document automation page does.
Client work appears once a client puts permission in writing. Until then the evidence on offer is something you can inspect rather than a percentage nobody outside the project could verify.
